To use our webpage Global Doctors Association, with all its services, you must agree to these terms and conditions. By accessing and using these services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.

We provide information about new technology, new treatments methods and (for some) new knowledge about medicine. Any products or services being recommended on our site, will only be done when we know this is of high quality and high value for our members.

2. Intellectual Property

Malibu Holding Ltd are the owner of all intellectual property associated with our services (Global Doctors Association), videos and courses. These properties are protected by international copyright and laws.

It is not legal to copy or sell any content, without a written agreement.

3. Termination and Refund Policy

If you for any reason misuse or talk negatively about our services, you are giving us a reason to terminate your account. You agree that we also can close you account without giving any explanation to you. If we do so, we will refund your membership fee.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. All use of our service is at your own risk. There are no warranties or guaranties given. Products under the menu “Doctor Tools” will be sold without any profit (or money made by this association). A part of the members benefits is that we will find highly valuable Doctor Tools, to the best price (negotiated) possible in the market. Sometimes there will be hundreds of dollars to save for our members. But we are not and cannot be hold responsible for any of those products or services we recommend.
